Weekly Outfit Roundup

Hello readers! This week has been quite the whirl-wind of adventure. I was at work for only Monday - Wednesday and so much of our time was spent celebrating the upcoming holidays. I definitely had a full tummy after all the yummy holiday dinners and potlucks :) I flew back to the maritimes Thursday afternoon, and thankfully my flight was perfectly timed since there was a crazy 30cm snow storm the next day. For some strange reason, it seems like its going to be a green Christmas on PEI but I'm definitely welcoming this warmer weather before I head back to Ottawa. Last night, I met up with my closest friends from business school and we had a festive potluck for my 26 birthday (which was yesterday! still pinching myself!). We had a lovely time and might have had too much hot apple cider and wine. Since the Christmas countdown is getting serious, here are some of the things I've been liking lately on the internets:

1//  My mom and I were crocheting this morning in a particular goofy mood and could not stop singing Gayla Peevey's I want a Hippopotamus for Christmas.

2//  This is the recipe I used last night to make hot apple cider and it was delicious! The only modification I made was not including the allspice berries because I didn't have any.

3//  Last night we were all in love with the snowman fridge DIY decoration that J had set up.

4//  This is basically what I would wear everyday off this holiday season...if I had a red vest.
