Oh my! J. Crew's sale section lately has been driving me nuts! I've been keeping my eyes peeled on the outerwear section for lovely coats but my size never pops back. One item I'm so surprised is still sitting in the sale section are the J. Crew Toothpick Jean in Garment-Dyed Twill. Specifically in the lovely neon violet. I bought these pants back in November when they first went on markdown (silly me!) and am adoring this shade. It's a great upgrade from J. Crew's bright dahlia color (a more saturated version of neon violet) and neon violet works well as a unique neutral. Definitely an eye catcher! I bought the ankle length (I'm 5'6'') and my usual J. Crew jean size 26, which I also always wear in Gap and Silver jeans. If you're thinking of getting them, definitely take the plunge - I'd pick up a few more pairs if my size would pop back.
Here are a few cute patterns and shirts I wear my toothpick jeans in neon violet:
| Floral | Scallops | Bubble Necklaces | Chambray | Polka Dots | Cable |
Do you have these jeans? How do you style them?

Those jeans look really good on you! To be honest the colour isn't something I wold normally gravitate towards but seeing all the different waistline styled them has made me thunk twice. I love the polka dot outfit, the violet navklar looks so sharp with the pants.

You are a master at remixing. So many different looks with the same pair of pants. I especially love the bubble look. :)
ReplyDeleteI love how you styled these bright pants! I normally stick to my beloved black or dark blue pants but maybe I should try them, too. They seem to be perfect for spring and summer :-) At the moment I'm browsing the J.Crew sale section almost every day because they have so many great offers although it's a bit more expensive to order them to Germany. But they have so many cute things that it's totally worth it ;-)
ReplyDeleteThose jeans are a great color--love seeing how you wear them! So cute!!
